Thankful
At this time of the year, I often think about some of the things I’m most thankful for. Even when we are going through difficult times there is always something to praise God for and be thankful. “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” I Thessalonians 5:18.
As I reflect on some of the things I am most thankful for, the following comes to mind: My relatives. My friends. My church family. My pastor and his wife. My publisher. My dear readers. The joy of writing books. Memories of the years I had with my loving husband. My faith in God, and knowing how much He loves and cares for me. “Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, his love endures forever.” I Chronicles 16:34.
What are some of the things you’re most thankful for today?

Wanda, was looking around here and reading posts, I stumbled and saw You lost Your Dear Husband. Just wanted to say how sorry to hear of His passing. May God send You All Comfort in the Days and years ahead. I hope it was ok to send this after all this time!
God Bless You All!
That God died on the cross for my sins and rose and he’s always there for me no matter how much I may stray. That’s what I’m thankful for. I could list a lot more though but this is the main thing I’m thankful for.
I am thankful for my faith, my health, my family , and Wanda Brunstetter books.
I Love your books
Hi Wanda,
As an avid reader of your books, I would love to have a signed copy of your latest book, Prayer Jar Devotional. I have been growing in my faith lately, doing a bible study, reading the bible and other devotionals throughout the day; and, I am about to join a church that I have been attending. I’m excited for that! I’m learning that God is good and everything is according to His plan. Thank you for all that you do for those people in your life.

Being the daughter of two Christian parents who left me with wonderful memories. The joy of reading that began when I learned my ABCs. Oh, my! I am truly blessed?

This is the first Thanksgiving without my dad. I am thankful for the love and blessings of Jesus and having my wonderful husband to be there for me. I am also grateful for wonderful authors like you who help take my mind off of the difficult things and let me escape into a wonderful novel or devotionals.
I am thankful for each day the Lord gives me and the time I am spending with my grandson who is hospitalized. Prayers for Jacob for healing would be much appreciated. May you have a blessed December.
Prayers sent for Jacob’s healing.
I am thankful for Christian authors like you. I am just starting to read the Amish Ballerina and look forward to some quiet time reading now that the weather is getting cold. I live about 1 3/4 hours from Lancaster and especially during the spring, summer and fall, when health permits, my husband and I and sometimes friends take day trips at least twice a month to buy fresh Amish produce and just ride the back roads. When I read your books I feel like I can picture exactly where the story is taking place.
This past year has been a struggle for me health wise and also watching my husband’s memory fail with vascular dementia but I feel like I am still so blessed. During times of crisis this past year people showed up to help us and overwhelmed us with their concern and kindness. I am very blessed to have the friends and family I have.
I pray you have a wonderful winter in your new home.

I am also very thankful my mom was still with us for Thanksgiving. Last May she was diagnosed with 2 types of cancer and she’s been through so much. We are very blessed!

God bless you for your uplifting words & reflections of our own lives in your books, truly works of art, as Nehemiah tells us, The joy of the Lord is my strength!
